We utilize 3rd party professional engineering services to ensure the structural design of your new or replacement cooling tower is not compromised.

Rotating Equipment

We have extensive experience working with cooling tower rotating equipment. Whether your motor horsepower is 50 or 250, or your fans are 14' or 28' in diameter, we can handle your rotating equipment requirements. Installation of all rotating equipment components is performed using manufacturer specifications and guidelines.

inspection

We provide comprehensive inspection services for your field-erected cooling tower. We offer "on-line" inspections - this type of inspection does not involve entry into the cooling tower, and is typically performed by one person. We also offer "off-line" inspections - this type of inspection includes entry into the tower (one cell at a time, or when the tower is completely out of service). "Off-line" inspections are typically performed using a small field crew.

Repair, Re-construction, Upgrade

We specialize in the repair of field-erected cooling towers from any manufacturer. We maintain, at a minimum, the OEM structural design values. We utilize the best materials available to our industry, as well as the best construction techniques to safely repair your cooling tower. We can make a hot rod out of your cooling tower utilizing the most efficient fill and drift eliminator media, the highest efficiency fan assemblies, and increased motor horsepower.

performance evaluation

Utilizing the original performance parameters and compliance testing history, compared to current operating data, we can determine your cooling tower's current capability. Using the results of the comparison, we can make recommendations to improve the performance of your cooling tower.

Emergency services

Emergency services are available 24 hours a day. We have field resources available, and most materials in stock for immediate delivery. In an emergency situation, crews and materials can be on site in as little as 24 hours.
