My cooling tower experience began as a teenager, while shooting skeet near a fly ash pond at a Kansas power plant. It was a hot day, and the only shade near the pond was under a stairway at the end of a huge wood-framed structure. When I asked what the structure was, my Dad explained that it was a cooling tower. I never forgot the unique look of the nameplate above the door along that cooling tower end wall. One day, many years later, I was looking through the employment want ads (I was looking for a job). I saw an ad with the same nameplate style as was on the end wall of that cooling tower. I applied with the company, and got the job. That was in 1986. People in the cooling tower industry say that cooling towers get in your blood. In my case, that is an understatement.
We believe we can be successful doing anything as long as we are proud of what we do. We get satisfaction from giving the customer a great buying experience.
