We design and build new or replacement cooling towers, repair cooling towers of any manufacturer, offer emergency services, provide replacement components for cooling towers of any manufacturer, perform performance evaluations, preventative maintenance, and inspections. What we do...
Design / engineering / new cooling tower construction
Give us your design parameters, and we will design, engineer, and safely build a state of the art cooling tower, of wood or FRP construction, at a competitive price.
performance evaluation
Using the original cooling tower design parameters, and comparing to actual operating conditions, we can tell you how your cooling tower is performing. We will help to determine what can be done to increase cooling tower performance.
If desired, we can recommend a CTI licensed 3rd party testing agency to conduct a test of your cooling tower.
Repair / Re-construction / Rotating Equipment Repairs
We will work with you to develop a comprehensive scope and prioritized plan addressing the repair of your cooling tower. Using the best replacement components available to our industry, and with the safest field crews in the industry, we will efficiently repair your cooling tower.
Replacement Components
No matter the manufacturer of your cooling tower, we have the replacement components. We utilize only the best replacement components. We exclusively use Hudson Products Fan Components, Amarillo Gear Reducers, Addax Drive Shaft Components, Midwest Cooling Towers' Structure, Fan Stacks, Distribution Systems, Nozzles, Cladding, etc... We will provide replacement motors to the Owners' specifications. We offer expedited lead times, and will track your order until it has delivered to your site.
inspection
In the safest manner, from bottom to top. our experienced inspection personnel will inspect your cooling tower. After the on site inspection has been completed, we will send you a report of our findings as well as include a recommended scope of repairs.
